Die Sache ist nur die!!Damals hatten wir eine schlechtere Nachfolge Piloten die Ace-Geschwader waren zu dieser Zeit dezimiert und von General Rundstaedt eine falsche Divisionsaufstellung in den ersten Tagen der Normandie 44!!!Benzin war ausreichend für die Interventionen. Nur!!!Und das hier ist hier wichtig für den Piloten wie auch für den Spieler:Der Pilot musste eine hohe Konzentration eine gute Kondition wie auch genügend Ausdauer besitzen das zusätzlich mit G-Kräften in jeder Richtung agiert ausgeliefert ist.Wäre H.Bong Ace-Pilot in dieser Situation in einer P51 ihr könnt euch nicht vorstellen mit welcher Flugtaktik er die zwar wendiger(das wussten die Hersteller!!!)fliegenden 109 überlisten konnte ohne der herkömmlichen Taktik.

Your graphics card plays a big role in this. The real question you should be asking is how close do you need to be in order to tell if it's a friend or foe.

DCS has come a long way. It has the most realistic planes and the most realistic grass. Love it.

Good job. I just flew this mission youst got back oven England and the plane just died. Low pressure fuel light was on everything was on as should be. Ended up crashing in a field 😢😢😢😢

Phil, I just tried your brake tip and I got 3/3 non wingdrop landings in a row. That's a first! I have no idea how a wheelbrake can prevent a wing from dropping, but it definitely works in DCS spit. Never would have ocurred to me, and I have been trying really hard to land the spit with around 80% embarrasement results. Thank you for that!

Hello, I'm new to DCS warbirds so I'm still learning how to navigate and everything. I'm curious though when you opened your f10 map, you were able to see your's and other icons. I am unable to see any icons when I open the f10 map. What's the secret, it will help me a ton to be able to see where I'm going for fine navigation as I'm still learning the in's and out's? Great video and it was very helpful.

Hi Phil: I imagine you're sick of these questions but have you heard any mumblings behind the concrete curtain at DCS headquarters about any new WWII major developments. My thinking is if they would make the bombers flyable maybe add a P-38 and a 109 G-6 that would be really nice. Also why always make Normandy missions or are those the only spawnable bases? I still love Cliffs of Dover but everybody has left. The new update FORTRESSES AND FOCKE-WULFS - DIEPPE looks pretty interesting for sure but no new terrain 8..( With so many years gone by I thought a new landscape would surely be in the cards and with DCS you get jet after jet after jet. Last. Do you think you'll ever start up another SOW server again? Thanks Phil.

I have just upgraded my monitor to 4k, my GPU to an RTX3060 with DLSS and 12gb of GDDR6 VRAM, and fitted Trackhat Sensor V2. I will give DCS a second chance, but I still think IL2GB is still the superior combat flight sim. Lets see what DCS 2.9 offers me.
